About me

My name is Emma, I'm 20 years old and I've been different ever since I can remember.

School, family, friends, humans, the world at large. They all confused and scared me. I often contemplated that I was adopted; I thought it was a dead cert. I was nothing like my family. They were all logical and unemotional, and I was completely the opposite. I remember certain members of my family commenting on how they didn't understand where I got parts of me from.

Right now, I'm not really sure who I am. I go from opinion to opinion not really knowing where I stand. I'm hoping going through therapy and meeting other people with similar diagnosis will help me work myself out.

I've made this blog for me to document my journey from diagnosis to what I hope to be a recovery, and to connect with other people going through the same experience.
